Hey, I'm Neil Cooper... Founder and President of Reach Out International Records, better known as ROIR (pronounced ROAR!!!)

I started this label almost 20 years ago as a cassette-only label. We've assembled a scrap book of images and article excerpts from those past years as an educational lesson to those of you who are new to ROIR and for those of you who have been with us all along but for for some reason or another have lost some of the memories.
